I’ll admit, some of the puppet stuff got preeetty weird – especially Mark’s college romp into Pupkin’s realm – but it worked.

Kind of saw the “big reveal” coming from the get-go, but I liked how it was executed and found the whole plot to wrap up really nicely. I found the story only got stronger as the book went on, and the ending was extremely solid. I’m seriously not a fan of doll/puppet horror, so I wasn’t sure if I’d even enjoy this one, but damn.
